If you were waiting for it or not, fall is in full swing. Recently, I’ve been participating in a heated fashion debate at work. Because Atlanta is still pretty warm, high 60’s, the question is do you dress for the weather or the season? Being the fashion girl that I am and I love fall fashion, I always say dress season appropriate. I’m not saying if it hits 70 degrees you have to wear a sweater or wool coat but it’s time to put up those summer dresses, booty shorts and linen pants away. It pains me to see someone wearing Easter colors in the fall if it isn’t a sweater or a coat. There are several ways you can dress for the weather and still be season appropriate. I found the perfect fall floral peasant top for the season.

This is the perfect warm fall look. Beige and tan jackets are all the rage this fall. I see them everywhere. Tan trenches and cargo jackets are light weight and perfect for warm climates this time of year. Paired with black, the look is so chic.
Do you dress for the season or weather?

October 29, 2014 at 5:02 pmI love this look. It looks comfortable yet fashionable. I have to disagree though. As a Georgia native, I tend to dress according to the weather. Plus I am a lover of Spring & Summer.
