Last week I had the honor of enjoying a wonderful evening of shoe shopping at the Marmi Shoes grand opening at the new Avalon shopping center in Alpharetta, GA. Marmi is a specialty shoe store for women from size 4 to 12 (even some 13s). Most style are available in wide and narrow widths. In addition to special savings during the grand opening, 10% of sales were donated to St. Jude. The best shopping is when you know you’re giving back.
Even my pregnant feet were a winner in these Sesto Meucci wedges at Marmi! The butter soft leather and comfortable soles were some of the best feeling heels I have ever worn. And this is coming from a women with pregnant swelling feet!
During the grand opening, all the guests (except me) enjoyed wine, champagne and bites from Cru`Wine Bar also located in at the Avalon.
These Vaneli stud sandals are perfect for spring break and summer. I had a hard time picking a favorite.
Marmi also carries some awesome leather bags like these Botkier satchels.
If you live in the metro Atlanta area, make sure you stop by Marmi at the Avalon. The staff there is so awesome and they treat you like a queen. After you are done shoe shopping, head to Cru for some wine and good food! Mister and I have been there a few times and it is one of our favorite spots at the Avalon.
