J Lo at the Grammys

February 11, 2013

I missed most of the Grammy red carpet last night.  When Jennifer Lopez hit the scene I knew I hadn’t missed anything!  J Lo gave me all sorts of life!

Jennifer Lopez shut it down in the sexy but simple Anthony Vaccarello gown.

Let’s talk about this 43 year old face!  She look ridiculously beautiful in this understated makeup look!  J Lo was just the full package!  The dress was pretty simple, hair in a top knot, and light but somehow it all just blew me away!  And that THIGH!  She just kicked all those other little skinny thighs to the curb!

What do you think of Jenny from the Block’s look?  I know some say it was too simple but I think that is why I love it so much!  What say you?

People were saying it was too much and predictable, but I thought she looked amazing!!! To be 43, having had twins and look as good if not better than some of the other ladies younger than her, she killed it!!!

Some of your references to other people’s bodies specifically people tinier people is a bit offensive and can be a little body-shamey. It’s like when people try to “promote positive body images” by putting up statuses like “real men like meat only dogs go for bones” you do not have to ridicule/insult other body forms to uplift another. Women look all types of ways and we can all coexist peacefully. Read up stuff on body shaming I think raising a young woc, body shaming is something you should be aware of/avoid.
