I used to stick by the rule, you can’t wear white until after Labor Day. For the last few years, I’ve been sneaking in a little white here and there. I was getting my Olivia Pope on when I wore an all white pant suit to a party for Mom 2.0 last week. Speaking of Olivia Pope, did you know Kerri Washington had her baby 2 weeks ago? Straight B6-13 style.

How about my new Jeffrey Campbell’s? They killed my feet though. I’ll give them another try because we had to walk a country mile to get to one of the parties that night. I wouldn’t rock this outfit in the dead of winter or fall. When wearing white, make sure you are wearing the appropriate fabric for the season. Don’t wear white linen pants in the winter. Go for a wool, cashmere or a thick knit in a winter white. Do you wear white before Memorial Day?
