Happy Friday! It’s time for my new obsession…. Style Me Friday with my girl Eboni of The Fashionista Next Door. This is the post that almost wasn’t! But I am going to keep real and post it anyway! I look thicker than a snickers in this skirt! This was my only red skirt…. now I know why I have not worn it! LOL!
Shirt, Brooks Brothers/ Pencil Skirt, F21/ Infinity Scarf, F21/ Booties, “shoe guy”/ Bag, Louis Vuitton
Sorry for looking like a stuffed sausage! LOL! I liked everything about the inspiration look except for the black tights so I ditched them! Instead of a chambray shirt I put on a blue striped blouse since the skirt was tight fitted. I already got enough going on under there!
My old booties from my shoe guy with a classic LV speedy bag.
Besides looking extra stuffed, do you think I pulled off the inspiration look? If not, please give me a pass for this week : ). Head over to the Fashionista Next Door to check out the Style Me Friday participants and link up! If you are looking for me this weekend… I’ll be at the gym!
BTW: February 1st is National Wear Red Day helps raise awareness about women’s heart health. Perfect timing!

February 1, 2013 at 8:23 pmGirl you don’t look like a stuffed sausage! You got curves like most women of color. I like your version better. I prefer the look without the tights too.
