My favorite fun thing to do to be active is learning the latests line dances. Have I ever been to a trail ride… no, but do I save all the dances, YES!
If you’re like me and want to learn or attempt a new line dance, join me and my co-host Yolanda of It’s Fit Time in Aurora on July 29th. This will be my first hosted event since moving back.
Get your cowboy hats and boots ready (we won’t be mad if you wear gym shoes). We have a certified instructor, drinks and light bites as well as gift bags and giveaways.
