Conquer Your Closet with Wayfair

I wanted to start the new year with a clean closet.  My closet is so out of control.  As big as my closet is, I can barely get in there. It would take weeks to clean it out.  With the help of Wayfair, I decided to conquer my closet section by section.  The first disaster that you see when you come in the close is my accessories corner.

As you can see my accessories area is a HOT MESS!  Scarves, belts, hats and purses everywhere.  My poor babies.  I don’t know how I ever found anything.

I’m so loving my after!  It makes me want to get dressed and go somewhere.  It didn’t take much to get it to this point.  Like I said, I got rid of a lot of stuff (no purses) and put all favorite accessories front and center so they are easy to find.  It was kind of like shopping in my own closet.

The best thing that helped me conquer my closet was Wayfair’s Luxury Living Park-a-Purse.  My purses are my babies but I   neglected them by throwing them in a broke down basket for years.  My new Luxury Living Park-a-Purse was easy to assemble.  Only issue me is that I wanted it to fit on the top of my shelf, but I was about an inch too short.  Shame on me for not taking measurements.

Even though I had to turn the Luxury Living Park-a-Purse sideways and put it on the floor, I like the way it turned out.  I love that I can see my bags in one place.

For my other accessories, I purchased Wayfair’s Iris Stacking drawers.  Unlike plastic boxes that you have to unstack every time you are looking for something, the drawers make it so easy.  I got a set of four, which I didn’t think would be enough but it was.  One drawer for my sunglasses that usually live on my bathroom counter or dresser.  A drawer for belts.  I wrapped each belt up so that it’s easier to see and take out of the drawer.  A drawer for silk scarves and one for jewelry boxes.

I know we would all like to have the closet that Mr. Big gave Carrier on SATC, but that probably won’t happen.  We are forced to work with what we got.  Wayfair has tons of ideas for closet and storage solutions.  It didn’t take much for me to conquer my closet, I just had to focus on one section at a time.  You can change the game with pretty containers, new nonslip hangers or complete closet system.
