Holiday Hair Updo’s

December 12, 2012
I think I am getting in the holiday spirit!  Like I said earlier this week, I have a few holiday parties and events this weekend.  This holiday season I will be rocking the natural!  I am pretty lazy with the hair so an high bun is usually my go to look.  I found some inspiration to change up the bun a little bit for the festivities!

Thandie Newton’s natural bun is killing it right now!  I did a bootleg version of this look for my red carpet look for the BET Hip Hop Awards (HERE)

Again, she kills it!

I love Jessica Alba’s messy braid bun!  I wore a low bun last week (HERE).  I would like to add a braid or twist on the side.

I like to think that Nicole Richie is lazy like me because she is always rocking a bun.

Nicole Ari Parker looks stunning with her flat twist into a bun!

All these do’s look so glamorous!  I don’t even want to get started on the makeup!  I am going to force myself to continue to try something a little different.  How are you wearing your hair for the Holidays?

    Buns are a great go-to 🙂
I love Thandie’s bun-dos, but I wonder if it’s just the angle and zoom of the photo; like does it look cute or crazy in a full-length photo.

I so love the bun. I wish my hair was long enough to rock the bun. So I just do my oldest daughters hair in a bun. Out of the pics I like the Nicole Richie look.

Love these! I never wear my hair up. I wear ponytails, or all the way down. I need to step my game up!
