Happy New Year guys! A new year feels like a fresh start. I’m not gonna lie, I wasn’t excited about the new year. The election about took your girl out and thinking about the circus that would be coming to town this month. But what can we do?
I been working on my way of thinking about the next 4 years. Even though it’s not the outcome I desired, as long as I’m here, I have to make the best of it. I decided no matter who is in office I’m going to do my best to live my best life.
That brings me to another topic working on being positive. I’m a pretty positive person, but because of my last couple years and the trauma of it all I can find myself thinking about about all the bad things. I no longer want to give negative thoughts energy. I’ve been making quarterly vision/affirmation boards to help. Click HERE if you want to download.
My words for the year are consistency and prosperity. I’m trying to gain my momentum of being consistent again. Consistency is what got me to all the amazing opportunities that I have been blessed with. I remember when I used to post on this blog daily for years. I’m back to posting but it won’t be daily : ).
