Old School

Today is Peyton’s first day of 2nd grade!  Time flies.  She’s already starting off strong with an advanced math and reading class.  Who says you can’t be fly and smart at the same time *flips hair*.  I’m so excited for Peyton and looking forward to an amazing school year.  The girls are celebrating back to school with this “old school” look.

Peyton: Dress, H+M (old) | Boots, Old Navy (similar) | Scarf, Mommy’s

Harper: Dress, TJ Maxx (similar) | Shirt, FabKids | Shoes, Badorf’s

Peyton had me rolling saying that she and Harper were dressed like the “Olden Times”.  I’m like what do you know about the olden times.  She said if it’s in the 19’s (as in 1900) that is the olden times.  Kids are a trip!

I also wanted to introduce you to our newest doll family member, Sugar, from Dolls for Daddy’s Little Girls.  This doll not only looks like my girls, Sugar also teaches them.  Sugar can recite her ABC’s and vowel sounds.  Harper loves to dance with her and sing her ABC’s.  I would suggest grabbing a doll now for Christmas because that could sell out.  Learn more about Dolls for Daddy’s Little Girls HERE.
