My hair has been free from extensions for almost a month and my go to style is usually a bun. I wanted to embrace my natural curls more this time around but it tends to only look good for one day or maybe even just a few hours! I want my curls to look more define but the end result is usually just looks a hot frizzy mess. I’ve known a lot of people who have had this issue; many of whom have decided to invest in products from sites such as https://www.adorebeauty.com.au/dyson/dyson-airwrap.html in order to improve the state of thier curly hair. I finally went through my stash of hair products to find something new and pulled out the Curls Cashmere Curl Jelly.

My Curls are Poppin! #NaturalHair
March 18, 2013I received the Curls Cashmere Curl Jelly in my CurlBox black Friday bag!
I started with my hair pretty damp after shampooing and conditioning my hair. I didn’t really part my hair. I just grabbed big sections and rubbed the Curls product on each section.
I took the twist down the next day. I rub the Eden Bodywork Jojoba Moni oil on my fingers when I take down the twist to add a little shine. Sorry for the phone pic. I don’t know why it’s so hard to capture natural hair in pictures. I didn’t want to ask folks to keep taking pictures of my hair LOL! This was the first time I have had curl definition when wearing my natural hair out. My hair is very soft. I would not say my hair is thin but it is not thick like my girl Lexi with the Curls! Normally my hair just looks dry and frizzy. Now that I have this miracle product I plan to do it more often in between extensions!
Have you tried Curls Cashmere Curl Jelly? How do you get your curls Poppin?

March 18, 2013 at 4:08 pmYour hair looks great. I have been embracing my curls more as of lately too. I need to do two strand twist like yours but I do not know how to seal the ends I guess so they do not unravel at night.
I have seen the product in the store but have not tried it. I will add it to my list. Thanks

March 18, 2013 at 7:14 pmyour hair looks cute, flat twist outs seem to work out nicely on me, have you tried them? … i have a similar texture hair. I do about 8 flat twists on slightly damp hair. Prior to twisting each section I moisturize and put gel on my hair * i forgot the name of my gel, but i’m sure the curly jelly should work * I keep the hair in till its completely dry *usually overnight* and sleep on a satin pillowcase. I don’t normally tie it up because i didn’t want the twists to be squished down. Then I just take them out, shake my hair, and fluff the roots and i’m good to go!

March 19, 2013 at 2:35 amI love the natural look. Your curls look great. I love that you go back and forth from natural to extensions. I love to change my hair when I can. I used to do that and then I permed my hair again 2yrs ago. But, I’m on my way back to keeping it natural and wearing my extensions. Love this post.

March 19, 2013 at 1:01 pmI love your natural hair! Gorgeous! I have not tried many of the Curlz products, but I have heard great things about them. I love using Cantu’s Leave-In Repair Cream for my twist outs.

March 21, 2013 at 4:10 pmGorg! Loving the definition that is my biggest challenge with my natural hair but the even bigger challenge is second and third day hair that still has definition and hasn’t turned into a puff ball….I would love to hear what your second and third days were like with this product!
