My favorite part of back to school time is shopping (duh)! All of us moms get a free pass to pick out super cute outfits for our kids and maybe a few things for ourselves. We gotta look cute too when we drop them off right? The Baby Shopaholic family took a ride down to the Tanger Outlet in Locust Grove, GA for a back to school shopping spree. Tanger Outlets in Locust Grove is home to outlet and factory stores like Banana Republic, Coach, J Crew, Carter’s, Hanes, Columbia, Brooks Brothers and more! Check out what we picked up and learn about the upcoming Kid Style Fashion Tour with Bridgit Mendler.
I picked up these cute items at the Old Navy store for around $40.
Peyton can fit P.S. Aeropostale now. I got these cute sweatshirts, moto boots and fashion stickers for about $50.
I love GAP outlets! I picked up some basics for Peyton and myself a pair of boyfriend jeans (for $8). I spent a total of $50.
By mid summer, Peyton was missing half her socks and underwear. I hit up the Hanes outlet store and grabbed some new socks and undies. I spent around $11 for both, which would normally cost about $16 in regular stores.
I crept into the Coach outlet store while Mister took Peyton to get a cookie. I picked up this sequin cross-body bag and leather coin purse for around $50.
There are great deals to be found at Tanger. Most stores run special sales on their already low prices. There are Tanger Outlets all across the US. When I was in college at Southern Illinois University, we used to stop at the Tuscola, IL Tanger Outlet on our way back to Chicago. I used to tell my mom I needed a book for a class but used the money to buy a Coach bag at the outlet. Sorry mom! I managed to graduate without the books : ).
If you’re in Georgia, mark your calendars for the Kids Style Fashion Camp & Tour with a live performance by Disney star, Bridgit Mendler. It all goes down at 2pm, Sunday, August 24th at the Tanger Outlet in Locust Grove and it’s FREE! Get there early to enjoy snack, photo booth, beauty tips, mini performances and shop.
