I cared for my skin from the inside out with Aveeno® Active Naturals as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars #Aveeno.
Do you fall asleep without removing your makeup? *Raises hand . Often, taking off your Chanel Soleil Tan de Chanel is a chore too much. I’m guilty of it a time or two. So nights it’s such a challenge to get Peyton to bed that, thinking about washing my face is the last thing I feel like doing. On the other hand, I know I will suffer the consequences if I don’t. There are several reasons why you should remove your makeup before going to bed. My solution is the Aveeno® Active Naturals Positively Radiant Makeup Removing wipes.
- Sleeping in makeup can clog your pores resulting in acne.
- Sleeping in eye makeup can cause irritation to the eyes. Remember that time I had pink eye? Coincidently, I slept in new mascara that night. Go figure.
- Makeup will bake into your face at night. Nighttime gives the face time to repair. It can’t repair it’s self properly if you have foundation on.
- Your face has been out all day. You wash your hands all day don’t you? Why not your face?
- Not washing your face can cause fine lines. The free radicals found in makeup products can start to breakdown collagen in the face, causing fine lines.
- If you’ve paid a lot of money on a posh memory foam mattress, why would you choose to cake it in make-up?
It may not look like I was wearing a lot of makeup, yet all this came off. Eww.
Using Aveeno® Active Naturals Positively Radiant Makeup Removing wipes, my face is left free of makeup and feeling clean with one wipe. Even if you don’t wear a lot of makeup, it’s still important to remove everything at night. You can learn more about Aveeno® Active Naturals Positively Radiant Makeup Removing wipes HERE.

February 27, 2015 at 3:37 pmI try to make sure I take off my makeup at night. I usually do it but my eye area is always my biggest issue. I will have to check out these Aveeno wipes. I use their lotion, but haven’t tried these.
